Managing Director Tony Mauriello and fellow director Jeff Manning have extensive hands-on experience in concrete and civil construction. They lead a team of skilled civil engineers, construction supervisors, risk, safety and finance managers as well as dedicated construction workers and plant operators. M&B Civil has strong financial and project management systems to ensure M&B Civil has the resources, practical experience and required expertise to deliver a diverse range of projects on time and on budget.
M&B Civil applies its expertise to plan work to ensure it is completed as quickly as possible to the required standards for quality, safety and, environmental management. A demonstration of this expertise was a high voltage switching building and substation that the company built in Berri in 2002. As well as laying the concrete pad and tunnel, M&B Civil managed erection of the steel framed insulated metal roofed building 90m by 25m, which was pre-fabricated in Sweden, and clad with precast walling manufactured in Adelaide. M&B Civil took four weeks less to complete the project than another supplier that built a matching substation across the border in Victoria.
